Dirk Heidolf
Trust that grows with every lap.
Dirk accompanies Fynn at races and training sessions. Together they work on the bike, riding technique and the small details that matter on track. As coach, mechanic and mentor, he has followed Fynn’s development closely since 2019.
They have shared the highs and lows. Their work together has grown into a close bond: in an interview after the race in Misano, Fynn described Dirk as his ‘best friend on the track’. Someone he can count on before the lights go out and after the race is over.

Jan Kratochwil
A father who makes the journey possible.
Jan has been by Fynn’s side since he rode his first laps at four. As father and manager, he supports every step, organizes much of the work behind the scenes and creates the conditions for Fynn to focus on his development.
Jan has ridden motorcycles for many years himself. He started too late for a competitive career and did not have the same opportunities. He wanted to give Fynn the support he had lacked: time, trust and what he needs along the way.
Companion · Biggest fan
Opa Fritz
Support at the track. And at home.
Grandpa Fritz is Fynn’s biggest fan and a familiar companion since his earliest years. He supports him at races, shares the successes and is there when a weekend is difficult too.
His support goes far beyond the circuit. When training and racing take Fynn away from school, Fritz studies with him and helps him catch up. He is part of Fynn’s everyday life just as much as his trackside team.
